Ginnie Chin – Co-Founder, CEO

Ginnie has more than 15 years of experience in Trade Finance. Previous roles include Vice President for Global Transaction Banking for ABN Amro, Vice President for Trade and Supply Chain Sales for HSBC, Director of Transaction Banking for Standard Chartered Bank, and pioneer management member of one of the largest P2P financing platforms in Singapore.

Tan Tingxi – Co-Founder, Head of Legal and Compliance

Tingxi has more than 10 years of experience in various industries including legal practice, finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to Culum, he practised corporate law at Drew & Napier and KhattarWong LLP. He has also worked at UBS AG, and co-founded San Francisco-based social media start-up, Spayce, Inc. Tingxi graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in LLB Law.

Christine Goh – Chief Operating Officer

Christine has more than 27 years of corporate banking experience with local, regional and global coverage
Previous roles include Managing Director in HSBC Global Banking and Markets ,Vice President in Bank of America and Director in Citibank.

Ray Yap – Chief Risk Officer

Yap is responsible for the overall risk management of Culum Capital. He has more than 22 years of experience in credit risk, corporate recovery and relationship management at international banks. His previous roles at Standard Chartered Bank include Global Head of SME Collections and Head of Corporate Credit in the Philippines and Mekong. Yap earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honours from the University of London.

Chia Eng Soon – Chief Technology Officer

E.S. is the tech guru behind Culum’s IT infrastructure. He has more than 20 years of system development experience in the finance industry, as well as a double degree in IT and Software Technology from Deakin University, Australia.

Jason Ng – Senior Sales Manager

Jason is in charge of trade origination. He was previously from OCBC Bank working with business owners to gain access to working capital facilities, and later moved on to strategic alliance within the bank.
Before joining Culum Capital, Jason was a business development manager with an alternative financing platform dealing in invoice financing.

Tan Tingwei – Middle Office / Analyst

Tingwei is responsible for business growth, operations and admin matters of Culum Capital. She has more than 4 years of experience in legal practice and HR. Prior to Culum, Ting Wei was working in a company where she provided HR consulting work for SMEs. She was also appointed as an Employment Standards Compliance auditor where she would audit companies and provides advice on how to improve their HR systems and processes. Ting Wei also worked in a law firm for 2 years. She holds a Law LLB degree.
